Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to products sold by MAHESH BABANRAO MULAY LLC, doing business as Velnory (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.


Limited Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of delivery for general products.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

For electronic products, warranty coverage may vary depending on the supplier or manufacturer. If a specific warranty period applies, it will be stated on the product page. If no separate period is stated, the standard 30-day limited defect warranty applies.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional failures not caused by misuse

  • Missing essential functional parts

Claims must be supported by clear evidence.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Water damage (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)

  • Improper installation or handling

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss or theft

Opened personal care and cosmetic products (including nail polish) are not covered for hygiene and safety reasons.


Mandatory Evidence Requirement

To file a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A mandatory unboxing video for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package

  • The shipping label

  • The full opening process

  • The condition of the product upon opening

Failure to provide required evidence may result in denial of the claim.


Supplier Verification

We operate using third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.

All warranty claims are subject to supplier verification and approval.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation

  • Offer replacement instead of refund

  • Offer partial refund where appropriate

Warranty resolution is at our discretion in accordance with supplier policies.


Claim Deadline

Warranty claims must be submitted within:

  • 30 days of delivery (general products)

  • The applicable supplier warranty period (electronics, if stated)

Claims submitted outside this period will not be accepted.


No Extended Warranty

We do not offer extended warranties.

This limited warranty replaces any other express warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose beyond the stated warranty period.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to:

  • Replacement of the defective product, or

  • Refund of the purchase price paid

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of profits

  • Emotional distress

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
