This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with MAHESH BABANRAO MULAY LLC, doing business as Velnory (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, packaging, and carrier dispatch preparation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We reserve the right to extend processing times during:

  • High order volume periods

  • Inventory delays

  • Supplier delays

  • Force majeure events


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Any events beyond our reasonable control


Dropshipping & Fulfillment

We operate using third-party fulfillment partners and suppliers.

Orders may ship from different warehouses depending on product availability and location.

Products ordered together may arrive separately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier processing or international logistics once the order has been dispatched.


Shipping Carriers

We may use the following carriers depending on destination and availability:

  • USPS

  • CJPacket

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • YunExpress

  • 4PX

  • ePacket

Carrier selection is at our discretion.


Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

Free shipping eligibility is determined at checkout and may vary by product or location.

We reserve the right to modify or remove free shipping offers at any time.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.

If tracking shows “delivered,” the order will be considered successfully delivered.


Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to ensure secure delivery locations.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Undeliverable addresses

  • Refused shipments

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility

  • We do not control customs processing times

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and refunds may be reduced by shipping and handling costs.


Delivery Issue Reporting Deadline

If tracking shows delivered, you must report:

  • Missing packages

  • Damaged packages

  • Incorrect items

Within 5 days of the delivery date.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

For damaged or incorrect items, a mandatory unboxing video may be required as outlined in our Refund Policy.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Global supply chain interruptions

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Notify us within 5 days

We may assist in filing a carrier investigation, but we are not liable for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
